What happens when my trial ends?

Your account stays active on the Free tier with reduced limits. You won't lose any data. Upgrade to Pro or Business to restore full access.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription management page. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Visit actis-docs.com/manage to access your Paystack subscription portal where you can update billing details or cancel.

What email should I use at checkout?

Use the same email address as your Actis Docs account. That's how your payment is linked to your account automatically.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet. Monthly billing only for now. Annual plans are on the roadmap.
